GO IT Services presented the City of Houston Police Department a solution for the Towed Vehicle Reporting Management proposal. GO IT Services submitted a bid to build a web and IVR system for the City to help citizens locate towed vehicles and HPD to manage information pertaining to towed vehicles and relevant storage lot activities. The bid included establishment of a call center, training of city and storage lot users, hosting, maintenance, and support of the system for 5 years.
